Day 4: Legho Village

JOURNAL ENTRY BY BEN, DANIEL AND JACOB

After another great breakfast our group walked to the local school in the Legho village. While there we delivered school supplies, played games with the kids, and painted the classrooms there. The love of God was evident when we saw the kids light up while teaching us games or giving us high fives. After visiting the school we hiked back up the mountain where we played volleyball and soccer with some of the older kids. After the older kids kicked our butts in both sports, we went to the top of the mountain and saw another astonishing view of Mount Kilimanjaro and the city nearby. Today we saw not only great views, but we saw what the love of Christ really looks like. Not being served, but to serve others.
