Day 10: Final Day in Arusha

We all slept straight through breakfast, enjoying what was easily the best rest of our lives. By midday, we headed into town for a bit of market shopping—a chance to immerse ourselves in the vibrant local artistry. Stalls overflowed with handwoven baskets, bold paintings, and intricate crafts. It was the perfect way to choose keepsakes that would forever remind us of our journey together. Each of us found something special to bring home, a tangible piece of the experience to carry forward.

That evening, we gathered for a rooftop celebration dinner at the Melia with Chris, Gabo, Tecla, and Eunice. Over delicious food and panoramic views, we shared how deeply this climb had shaped us, swapping favorite memories, funny moments, and inside jokes. It was a perfect closing chapter to a trip that had not only challenged us but also connected us in unforgettable ways.
