If you have registered before August 1, 2023 this will NOT affect you.

As you all know, it is our goal and promise to deliver premier high adventure travel experiences that foster and deepen relationships. Like any business in the current market and rising inflation, our operating costs do increase over time as well as our payment schedule with our vendors.

To maintain the level of service you’re accustomed to, this change is necessary, so we wanted to communicate this to you in good time. We’re confident that this payment plan remains competitive within our sector for the quality of the service that we provide and as always, we’re focused on the results we provide to clients.

As a reminder we will continue to provide :

  • International and domestic destinations with a local and authentic connection not found anywhere else

  • A ‘Boutique’ experience with hands-on attention and no robots answering your calls

  • 5 star experiences at competitive low pricing

If you place your deposit before August 1st, 2023 the payment will reflect current pricing and policies of requiring a final payment at 60 days before departure.

If registered after August 1, 2023 you will be required to pay your final payment 90 days before departure. This is more aligned with our cancellation policy as well which is not changing.
